Opportunities to Volunteer

Do you want to adopt a Turing Award Winner? - we are looking for volunteers who want to put together bibliographical material on the Turing Award winners from the AI field. Look at Call_for_Volunteers for details.

Consider starting an area-specific workshop to increase diversity. Look at Call_for_Volunteers for details.

Nominate speakers for the Distinguished Speakers Program. Help the Distinguished Speakers Program by nominating speakers. Non US speakers are particularly needed. Nominating is simple, go to the Web page, and enter the information.

Deadlines

open - - nominate the best conference papers you have seen for publication in the new Communications of the ACM. Papers will be subject to editorial review by the editors of CACM. More details on the process will be available soon.
